The room was light and warm, included particularly good bathroom. Location: the hotel was just next door to the bus terminal, train station, and a very good pizzeria, and very close to city centre.

Very friendly staff.

It was for us (1 room for 4) rather expensive looking at what the room and breakfast actually offered. But it is located near the city centre and the staff was very friendly.

Cleanliness. Bed was very comfortable. Good bathroom and plenty of soft towels. Hotel in good location. Round the corner from the twice- weekly market and within a short stroll to the old town and tourist attractions. Good parking in front of hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast. A large selection of biscuits and cakes but for those of us who enjoy a savoury breakfast, a boiled egg would not have gone amiss plus a better selection of cheeses, hams and bread. Our only complaint alas and it will not put us off returning to this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and facilities were very clean and adequate for a short stay.

The lighting was very poor for reading, some traffic and noise from the railway. Also felt they could have turned the heating down in the corridors.
